Trailside Village Apartments is a 250-unit development with 240 units subsidized through a HUD project-based Section 8 contract. The property is located at 1300 100th Place SE, Everett, Washington 98208. The development was originally built in 1970, broadly renovated in 2001, and offers one, two, and three-bedroom units. All units are located within two-story walk-up style buildings. Common amenities include central laundry and a playground. Trailside Village Apartments was acquired by PPD in 2001 when it underwent an extensive remodel with plans to renovate again in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
